亚马逊amazon卖家赶走跟卖者邮件模版

辛辛苦苦养好的List被跟卖销量马上被抢走!!都是跟卖者,怎么办??

下面就是要跟上警告他的邮件了:

第一封:

Hi,

We noticed that you are not authorized online retailer for XXXX brand products and you have listed the particular item(s) ASIN: XXXXXXXXX, which is sold exclusively by XXXX authorized retailers.

As you may be aware, the unauthorized selling of XXXX products is an illegal action that seriously infringes Trademark Law. As the Trademark owner we did not sell you, nor authorize you to sell, any XXXX branded products. Also you are against Amazon’s policy.

We kindly request that you follow our instructions:

a) Remove your offers from all XXXX product pages on amazon.com within 24 hours, and do not list items on XXXX’s product pages in the future.

b) Send us confirmation after you have removed the previously stated products and listings.

If you don’t comply with these demands, we’ll have no choice but to file an official claim with the amazon.com Seller Performance Department, which will seriously impact your Amazon performance.

有人说有些跟卖的人你发牢骚说投诉没用啊!如果这一而再再而三的警示邮件还是赶不走的,那大都是没打算好好活着的了。

另外amazon的A-Z政策也更新了:

A-Z Guarantee claim是亚马逊消费者进行投诉索赔的一个渠道。亚马逊针对这个A-Z claim的卖家回复期限提出了新的要求,规定11月14日起,卖家回复A-Z claim的期限从7天降到了3天,即卖家必须在3天内回复claim。

亚马逊给卖家发出了一份通知邮件,邮件称:“从11月14日起,卖家回复A-Z claim的期限从7天降到3天。卖家有3天的时间回复买家提出的投诉。如果卖家未在规定期限内回复,则买家将获得胜诉。直接回复买家或者致电Selle Support不属于正式的Claim回复。”

最近amazon的各项政策更加严格,谁有不想在这个时候做出头鸟,所以是打击跟卖的最好时间!

跟卖只是一时,随着竞争不断升级,中性产品利润越来越低,品牌越来越重要,创建自己的品牌进行销售变得越来越重要.独有的品牌设计和包装是未来中国外贸企业走向持续成功的一个保证。

玩转amazon还是要往精去做,中国式的做法不适合国外国情,正规式的做虽然累但是更加持久。
